FAQs

If you have a question that doesn't appear here, please feel free to contact us. Our intent is to help make your reunion experience very enjoyable.

The price is based on class size, reunion location, menu selection, etc. Keep in mind that the price you pay for your reunion ticket covers more than just your dinner. There are many other costs involved in planning a reunion such as printing, postage, decorations, name badges, entertainment, finding classmates, publicity, website, database management, reservation processing and staffing. You are buying a ticket to an event that only happens once every ten years!

Yes. We accept Visa and MasterCard for your convenience. You can use your credit card with all mail, phone, fax, or internet orders.

The normal deadline for reserving for a reunion is approximately one month prior which is stated in your reunion invitation. However, we realize that sometimes circumstances may prevent you from sending your payment by the deadline. Not a problem -- we accept phone, fax, and internet orders up to midnight the Tuesday before your reunion (additional fees apply).

Reservation confirmation will be emailed to you prior to the reunion. You must provide your email address in order to receive this notice.

First, make sure you have submitted your email address to us. Reunions With Class and your committee rely on email to communicate with classmates. If you have submitted your email and are not receiving announcements, it could be that your ISP is blocking emails coming from Reunions With Class. To ensure you receive the announcements, add the domain name, ReunionsWithClass.com, to your safe sender list.

We highly recommend making a reservation prior to the night of the reunion. We can accept a limited number of people who choose to pay at the door. We accept cash and credit cards only at the door. Personal checks will not be accepted the night of the reunion.

The best way to find out who will be attending your reunion is to get the information from a committee member. Reunions With Class regularly updates the committee on reunion attendees.

Most reunion invitations suggest semi-formal or dressy casual. The most important thing to remember is to wear something that you feel comfortable in. A good rule of thumb to follow is to dress like you would if you were attending an evening wedding.

A refund will be provided, less a cancellation fee, upon written request which must be submitted to Reunions With Class at least 7 days prior to your reunion. See our Terms of Use for more details.
