Reunions With Class, Inc. is a Washington-based reunion planning company assisting high school reunion committees with their reunion planning needs. Reunions With Class, Inc. handles the planning and details of the reunion, allowing reunion committee members to enjoy the event.
In order to locate alumni and plan reunion events, Reunions With Class, Inc. collects data on high school classmates. Information on classmates is collected from a variety of sources including directly from the classmate, family, friends, public record or search databases. Reunions With Class, Inc. values the privacy and security of your personal information, and we will not sell your personal information to any third party without your prior consent.
We want you to know that your personal data is safe in our hands and we ask that you read and comply with our practices described in this Privacy Policy to ensure the privacy of your data and that of others. Your use of our services and web site will indicate your acceptance of the terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue your use of the site.
Reunions With Class, Inc., Inc. takes precautions to secure your personal information. Reunions With Class, Inc., Inc. will use your contact information (name, spouse's name, mailing address, phone and email) in order to announce and solicit high school related products, reunion information, alumni directories, high school events and fundraisers. Unless you have selected to opt-out of the Directory/Memory Book within the posted time-frame your contact information will be published in the Directory/Memory Book and provided to the Committee after the reunion.
We share your information with third parties where such sharing is believed to be 1) necessary to offer our services (i.e. process credit card orders) 2) legally required or to protect the safety of this website, Reunions With Class, Inc. or its users 3) in a business transfer or 4) when permitted by you. Upon special request, Reunions With Class, Inc. may share your contact information with your alma mater and/or alumni association/organization.
Please keep in mind also that, whenever you voluntarily disclose personal information online - for example, on message boards, through e-mail, or in chat areas - that information can be collected and used by others. In short, if you post personal information online that is accessible to other members or alumni of your school, association or organization, we cannot control the other members' use of that information.
In addition to the personally identifiable information described above, non-personally identifiable information may be gathered as you navigate our web site. Reunions With Class, Inc. may use media (i.e. photos, video, audio) from the reunion event for our own purposes, including but not limited to marketing or promotional use. In addition, please keep in mind media from the reunion may be posted by Reunions With Class, Inc. or other attendees to third party websites. Attendance at a reunion event serves as your implicit consent for release of this media. No further notification or permission will be sought.
Drunk, disorderly or destructive behavior will not be tolerated at reunion events. Reunions With Class, Inc. and its contracted venues reserve the right to expel any attendee who violates this code.
Due to the impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic, we have updated our policy.
If your event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, we will attempt to contact you to update you on the status of the event, and inform you of any refund, credit, or exchange procedures. For exact instructions on any particular canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved event, please check the event information online (which will include the most current information on the status of the event), or contact us.
If the event is rescheduled, moved or postponed:It is the Reunion Committee’s decision as to whether and when to cancel, reschedule, postpone, or move an event. If your event has been rescheduled, postponed, or moved, no action is required by you, your order will follow to the new event date/location.
If the event is canceled: no action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at time of purchase, once funds are received from the Reunion Committee. If the Reunion Committee does not have the funds available to cover all the costs incurred by RWC, the refund will be prorated accordingly.
We will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved event.
Refunds for reunion attendance are available until 7 days prior to the reunion provided Reunions With Class, Inc. receives a written request for refund, less a $30.00 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date. Refunds of payments made by VISA or MasterCard will only be made by credit to the account charged, less the $30.00 cancellation fee.

Reunions With Class, Inc. may amend this Privacy Statement at any time, but will notify users in advance of any material change, by posting a notice of the change on the Reunions With Class, Inc. website.
